Had a very nice stay of three nights, everything was outstanding. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the staff were extremely polite. The location of the property was unbeatable and particularly good, on the waterfront. Bar Hard Rock Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

I thoroughly enjoyed spending time here. The place was tidy and exquisite, had diligent and knowledgeable staff at both the reception desk and the Concierge desk. The hotel was in a very central location to San Marco square. Fast food restaurant Best of British Food was located 5 minutes walk away. The rooftop restaurant for breakfast and the downstairs bar.
The breakfast itself was rather limited, can definitely be improved.

Good service, although a few employees were very very bad. I was there for 3 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant for breakfast. It was facing the lagoon.

Its location in Venice was excellent and beautiful, just next door to restaurants & shops, and the hotels own Water Taxi which costs 180 Euros compared to the freelance Water Taxi which charges 70 Euros. I was surprised at nearby Gelateria Sommariva, they had some goodies, drinks.

Had a wonderful 1 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The restaurant was wonderful for breakfast, I tried nice dishes. The beds where very big, view at sunset was unbelievable! The location was best possible, you can visit a grand showpiece square by walking. A museum and a cathedral were next door to the property. I liked being in this place.

Everything is well-maintained here, had a truly memorable stay of three nights. The luxury king room is wonderful with a walk out balcony, the best view on the lagoon and twin beds. The location is unbeatable and super, close to a center of the social scene, and the cafe next to check in - couldn't be better. You can relax at Sestante Bar & Restaurant, located nearby.
